Please note that Capstone has restructured the PebbleGo bundles, and in some instances this has resulted in minor pricing changes (some up and some down). If you have questions about the new ways that PebbleGo is being bundled, please contact Angie Ross, our account executive to help answer questions. Some examples of how to map your current subscription to the new bundles and product names.

The Power of the Consortia: Why On-Time Orders Matter
Vita-Learn’s ability to negotiate these deeply discounted prices is entirely dependent on our collective strength. Last year, our consortia aggregated 75 PebbleGo licenses. This just barely qualified us for a special pricing tier typically only seen by very large urban districts with 75+ elementary schools.
By standing together, Vermont’s small districts enjoy the same “buying power” as the nation’s largest districts. However, this power is hampered when orders are submitted late. When we cannot present the full aggregated volume to the vendor on time, our negotiating leverage decreases. If we do not assemble the consortia group of 75 schools by the deadline, the consortia may not qualify for this special pricing — even if we ultimately reach 75 schools after the deadline.
Action Item: If your school cannot issue a PO before June 30, or the person responsible for placing the order is on summer break in July, please make appropriate arrangements and begin your internal approval process now. We need all orders finalized by July 15, 2026, to protect these rates for everyone.

This pricing is available to all Vermont schools, public and non-public. If you are already a current subscriber, please place your renewal order via Vita-Learn and the form below in order to get the discounted pricing.
Renewal and New Subscriber Orders must be placed by July 15. Invoices will issued in early July, and they will reflect a July 31 payment due date. It is critical that orders are placed by the deadline to ensure the consortia will reach 75+ schools to qualify for the published pricing!
All consortia participants need to be part of a Vita-Learn Institutional member SU/district. Most Vermont SUs/SDs are already members. If you are unsure, please check with your CTO/CIO or you can email us to ask! Non-public schools are also required to become Institutional members as well. If your school is very small, please inquire about discounted membership rates.
All subscribers will share an August 1, 2026-July 31, 2027 subscription term, All new subscribers will join the common subscription start date of August 1. If you have questions, please contact Kristine Lott, director@vita-learn.org.
For the 2026-2027 school year, the PebbleGo products have been reorganized into new naming conventions with minor bundle changes. Overall, prices are generally the same, but some minor changes have occurred due to the reconfiguration of the bundles.
Only Vermont schools (or schools that serve Vermont students) are eligible to participate. Public schools must be a part of an Institutional member SU/District. Independent schools should be Institutional members as well (please inquire about discounted pricing for small independent schools).
