Consortia Ordering Information

In order to purchase Seesaw Lessons, your school must first purchase Seesaw For Schools licensing. Lessons are an add-on to your Seesaw For Schools library.

Seesaw Lessons is sold as an annual subscription add-on. All subscriptions will share the same license dates as Seesaw For Schools (August 1, 2021 to July 30, 2022) regardless of the date of order.

Pricing is based on your school’s K-2 student population. In the future Seesaw will have more offerings for upper elementary grades, and new licensing options will be made available at that time. Seesaw Lessons pricing will be no higher than $5/student (regular pricing is $5.50/student). If the aggregated volume of all consortia orders is large enough, pricing will drop for all consortia members.

To facilitate orders and pricing, we ask that Purchase orders be prepared using $5/student. If the consortia volume justifies better pricing, invoices will reflect better pricing. This site will be updated when/if we know a new pricing tier has been reached! Please place orders no later than August 31, 2021. Pricing will be locked in at that time based on the total aggregate volume of the consortia and announced to all consortia members. Invoices will be issued in the first week of September.

Invoices will be issued in late-May/early-June by email to the Set Up Contact listed on the first page of the order form. If the total aggregated number of licenses purchased by the consortia is large enough (>20,000 licenses), you will be invoiced $4.55 per license. If the total aggregated number of licenses purchase by the consortia is less than 20,000, you will be invoiced $4.75 per license. Please submit your Purchase Order based on the $4.75 price. Last year, the consortia purchased approximately 13,000 licenses. [NOTE: Total orders as of May 28 were large enough that we have qualified for even better pricing. The consortia annual price is now $4.15/student license! POs may reflect that price point.]

The payment due date will be July 31, 2021. [NOTE: The ordering window has been extended to accommodate the new Maine LMS grant. While it is still open, all payments regardless of PO submission will be due July 31!!] This allows schools to make payment before or after the end of the current fiscal year. You may make partial payments, one in this fiscal year, and the second in the next fiscal year provided the full payment is received by the payment due date.

Late orders may not be able to take advantage of improved pricing in the event the initial consortia order is large enough and the consortia is unable to pro-rate the license fee for late orders.

All orders will share the consortia licensing term: August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022.

Eligibility: Institutional Members of Vita-Learn and all schools within the district. Additionally, NHSTE and ACTEM members based on their membership standards. More information about Vita-Learn Institutional membership.
