Sponsor and Exhibitor packages include at least one registration. If you wish to add additional registrations for members of your team, you may do so at the following rates:
- Sponsor/Exhibitor Reps Wednesday & Thursday – $150
- Sponsor/Exhibitor Reps Wed, Thurs, & Friday – $300
Approximately one month prior to the conference, for the registrations included in our sponsorship/exhibitor package, we will send to you special one-time use coupon codes that you can use at the checkout of the online registration form to zero out the balance of that registration.

Accommodations
Overnight accommodations are available to Vermont Fest participants at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel at reduced rates. Rates vary depending on room type, with pricing starting at $230/night plus tax and service charge. Reservations must be made by October 4, 2025 to be guaranteed the group rates. Cancellation \ Refund Policy
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, we must receive your request by October 21, 2025. You will receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee. After October 21st you will be responsible for full registration fee. In case of sickness or emergency please have your Principal or Superintendent notify us as soon as possible to be refunded (less a $25 administrative fee).
