The Vermont Fest 2025 agenda and schedule relies on the leadership and contributions of educators like you! Accepted proposals are provided deeply discounted registration for up to 4 presenters/panelists. Please consider submitting a session/workshop proposal!
Vita-Learn and VSLA are excited to be co-hosting Vermont Fest 2025! Submissions for proposals to present workshops and presentation is open!

The conference committee is particularly interested in sessions that provide and foster one or more of the following:
- Innovation in Teaching and Learning
- IT Management, leadership, and related technical topics
- Digital resources, library collections and management, and the evolving role of libraries
And includes one or more of the following:
- innovative uses of edtech
- thought leadership
- hands-on, practical edtech skills
- innovative approaches to school, technology, and/or library management
Your audience generally falls into one or more of three groups:
- Teachers, Librarians, Technology Integrators/Coaches
- Technology Managers and Technicians
- Technology & School/District Leadership.
Workshop/Presentation Details
- The session schedule is still in progress, but we anticipate that presentation blocks will be approximately 55 minutes long. It is best to plan for 50 minutes to give yourself time to allow people to arrive and to answer questions, etc.
- Suggested formats include, but are not limted to: 1) Presentation/Lecture, 2) Hands-on Workshop, 3) Panel Discussion, or 4) Facilitated Round-table Discussion
- Each accepted proposal includes discounted registration for up to 4 presenters. Presenters’ registration rate is: $200 (1 Day), $300 (2 Days), or $400 (3 Days).
- The committee prioritizes submissions from K12 educators and administrators, experts from NGOs/Government, and experts from higher education institutions. Submissions from for-profit entities are usually not accepted. Certain sponsorships include workshop sessions as part of the benefits.
