- Infinite Campus User Group Meeting – This meeting is for districts who use Infinite Campus as their Student Information System. Twice a year we hold this type of meeting to provide product updates and facilitate networking amongst our districts.
Hotel Accomodations
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS: Overnight accommodations are available to Vermont Fest participants at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel at reduced rates. Rates vary depending on room type, with pricing starting at $200/night plus tax. Reservations must be made by October 12, 2024 to be guaranteed the group rates. To check availability of rooms types and their rates, and to make a reservation in the Vermont Fest group block, visit the online reservation site.
Please note: guests who are tax exempt should NOT book online. Tax exempt reservations may be made through the call center only (800-282-9955).
Fine Print
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: If you have paid with a credit card, please note that a charge from Vita-Learn will appear on your credit card statement.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: To cancel your registration and receive a refund, we must receive your request by October 22, 2024. You will receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee. After October 22nd you will be responsible for full registration fee. In case of sickness or emergency please have your Principal or Superintendent notify us as soon as possible to be refunded (less a $25 administrative fee).
