Sustainability & Equity
1:1 technologies are ubiquitous, now more than ever in our schools. But, did you arrive at your 1:1 deployment with careful planning or emergency actions to support remote learning? We’re entering the 3rd full school year since the pandemic began, and many of those devices are nearing replacement age. Are you ready? Is your public ready to support that type of budgetary expense?
Additionally, as classrooms have worked to adopt these technologies, are your students universally connected at home? Has the pandemic actually helped close the homework gap or widened it?
These questions and more!
Facilitators: Jeff Mao, Executive Director, Vita-Learn and Andra Daunhauer, Executive Director, Equal Access to Broadband
