Consortia Ordering Information

In order to purchase Seesaw Lessons, your school must first purchase Seesaw For Schools licensing. Lessons are an add-on to your Seesaw For Schools library.

Seesaw Lessons is sold as an annual subscription add-on. All subscriptions will align with the same license dates as Seesaw For Schools (August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022) regardless of the date of order. Current ordering options are for February 1, 2022 to July 31, 2022 (6 months) or February 1, 2022 to July 1, 2023 (18 months). For 18 month purchases note that you must also maintain active licensing of the platform, Seesaw For Schools.

Pricing is based on your school’s K-2 student population. In the future Seesaw will have more offerings for upper elementary grades, and new licensing options will be made available at that time.

Purchasing Information
Seesaw is licensed on a per student basis. The normal minimum purchase for Seesaw For Schools licensing that includes more robust features and capacity is 100 licenses. However, as part of VITA-Learn's special pricing, Vermont member districts and schools that have fewer than 100 students may purchase only as many licenses as you need!

Purchasing Information

Order deadline to guarantee best consortia pricing: July 15, 2021

Seesaw For Schools orders will be managed by Vita-Learn. Schools must complete the online ordering form that includes an upload of your Purchase Order. All orders must be completed using the online ordering form on the Vita-Learn web site. Please do not submit orders via email.

For Purchases from Vita-Learn districts/schools, Purchase Orders should be made out to:

Invoices will be issued in late-May/early-June by email to the Set Up Contact listed on the first page of the order form. If the total aggregated number of licenses purchased by the consortia is large enough (>20,000 licenses), you will be invoiced $4.55 per license. If the total aggregated number of licenses purchase by the consortia is less than 20,000, you will be invoiced $4.75 per license. Please submit your Purchase Order based on the $4.75 price. Last year, the consortia purchased approximately 13,000 licenses. [NOTE: Total orders as of May 28 were large enough that we have qualified for even better pricing. The consortia annual price is now $4.15/student license! POs may reflect that price point.]

The payment due date will be 30 days from the date of your order. The consortia is unable to pro-rate the license fee for late orders.

All orders will share the consortia licensing term: August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022.

Eligibility: Institutional Members of Vita-Learn and all schools within the district. Additionally, NHSTE and ACTEM members based on their membership standards. More information about Vita-Learn Institutional membership.
