Registration
Registration Fee:
$270 for non-members. $20 discount for Vita-Learn members.
Please use the form below to register for the Seesaw Summer Academy. Please note, we are using a new partner to provide online payment and registration for this event, Zeffy. Zeffy provides Vita-Learn with credit card processing services at no cost, saving Vita-Learn the standard 2.9%+$0.30 per transaction (and a $5.50 per registration fee we usually pay to CVent). These savings could add up to over $5000 in savings for Vita-Learn!
To do so, Zeffy includes an donation option in the registration form. You can choose to add a donation to your registration fee that will support Zeffy’s mission of providing fee-free credit card transactions for non-profit organizations, or you may simple change the donation to “Other” and enter “0“. That’s up to you! Additionally, you will see an option to donate to Vita-Learn as part of your registration. That too is completely optional.
Vita-Learn Members
If you are a Vita-Learn member, make sure to login first, and visit the members page to see the coupon code that you can enter to save $20 off of this registration. If you are not a member, those $20 will cover your annual dues so that you can receive discounts to future Vita-Learn events.
Purchase Orders/Checks
If you wish to pay by purchase order/check, in the checkout, enter INVOICE (case sensitive!) into the coupon field to zero out the balance. Vita-Learn will send you an invoice separately to the email you enter in the registration. We’ll look up to see if you are a member and apply the $20 discount accordingly before we invoice. Please make sure to register using the same email address that is associated to your Vita-Learn account!
