Kami and Project Based Learning (PBL)

December 8, 2022 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm EST

Kami is an all-in-one classroom platform empowering students and enhancing the way teachers teach, feedback, and assess. You’ll instantly level up your documents, PDFs, images (or any other resource) to an interactive learning space. From there, you and your students can collaborate in real-time with 40+ tools that support different abilities, grades and subjects. Kami keeps you teaching and learning—whenever, wherever—by allowing you to feedback, grade, and push student work straight from your preferred LMS, including Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology, and Microsoft Teams. Kami increases engagement and saves you time, so say goodbye to the copier and hello to Kami!

Kami and PBL: Steve Martinez will join Oliver and will show you, through Kami, how to align the content standards, literacy, standards, CTE standards, or general skills that he wanted students to work on. Students write learning targets that will be used throughout the PBL unit, document how each learning target will be hit or mastered, and then have a column for feedback and reflection (self-reflection, peer-to-peer reflection, and/or teacher-to-student feedback).

Prior to our meeting make sure you have signed up for a free Kami account via
