Dynamic Landscapes is seeking presenters who bring thought leadership, innovation, and expertise to inspire and support Vermont teachers, librarians, edtech coaches, technology managers, and technology and school leaders.

Considerations As You Plan Your Proposal
- The conference committee is particularly interested in sessions that provide and foster one or more of the following:
- Your audience generally falls into one or more of three groups:
- Teachers, Librarians, Technology Integrators/Coaches
- Technology Managers and Technicians
- Technology & School/District Leadership
Formats
Presentation/Lecture: 60 Minutes – What’s something new and innovative that you’d like to share with your peers? Teach others a successful strategy or share about a new project that you’ve been working on. Venue may be an amphitheater/tiered lecture hall.
Hands-on Workshop: 60 or 120 Minutes – Consider leading and facilitating a hands-on workshop. The optional longer time format allows for time for attendees to try and practice a new skill, explore a new tool, or build an activity. Or, consider a symposia-style engagement that allows time for educators to work in groups to discuss and plan for the fall. The optional longer time format will allow you to both present information, pose questions and host conversations in groups. The venue will be classroom with 8′ tables w/two chairs or large round tables w/eight chairs.
Panel Discussion: 60 minutes – Perhaps there’s a topic that needs some investigation and debate…consider hosting a panel discussion or a round-table discussion? The venue will be either amphitheater/lecture hall or classroom with tables/chairs.
Poster/Innovation Lounge: The Innovation Lounge hosts hands-on opportunities for attendees to engage with instructional technology tools and projects. As a host, you are available to provide information, answer questions, and help attendees explore and learn about your topic. Examples include robotics, maker technologies like 3D printers or laser cutters, or AR/VR technologies. Presenter will be assigned a 120 minute block. Venue will be 8′ table in a large shared space or standing high top cocktail table depending on need, please note in Other Requirements (below) your expected set up needs.
eSports/Gaming Pavilion: The eSports/Gaming Pavilion hosts opportunities for attendees to play games. As a host, you are available to provide information, answer questions, and help attendees explore and play the games you are featuring. Assume that you will need to provide the hardware necessary to play the games as well as the software. Presenter will be assigned a 120 minute block. Venue will be 8′ table(s) in a large shared space. Please describe space and other set up needs in Other Requirements (below).
