By submitting a presentation proposal, you understand and agree to the following:

Dynamic Landscapes 2022 is an in-person conference and presentations will be provided in-person at the Champlain College, Burlington, Vermont. All accepted presenters are provided one (1) free conference registration for the day of the presentation. Costs associated with attendance for additional days and any travel-related costs are the responsibility of the presenter. If a session has multiple presenters, the value of the one (1) free registration will be applied to the main presenter (unless you direct us to apply it elsewhere).
Presenters are responsible for their own computing equipment and video dongles. The conference will make available a standard digital projector, screen, speakers, and shared WiFi in the presentation room.
