Pricing for the 2025-26 school year
Pricing below is a special discounted price for Vita-Learn, ACTEM, and NHSTE (and New Hampshire Schools) only. Prices are an annual license of Screencastify.
Subscription Models
- Educator Pro Districtwide: subscription covers all teachers, staff, and students within a single district (requires all schools to subscribe)
- Educator Pro Schoolwide: subscription covers all teachers, staff, and students within a single
- Educator Pro + Student Pro: subscription covers the specific quantity of licenses purchased for teachers and students—student licenses are optional (Teacher licenses must be purchased in order to purchase student licenses).

- Educator Pro Schoolwide: $2,800 per school
