Backdoors & Breaches takes traditional tabletop exercises and turns them into a structured, fun, & educational card game. Work in groups to use critical thinking, dice, and detection tactics to discover what the attackers are doing before it’s too late! You’ll learn attack tactics, tools, and methods, and take home a card deck to help your district team strengthen their cybersecurity skills. Incident Response Captains will lead groups working together to plan their defense against various threat scenarios.

- Workshop Sessions: The Gold sponsorship includes a 55 minute plenary session to the full attendee group on a topic of your choosing.
- Speed Meetings: Quick meetings with a small group of attendees. The attendees will be assigned to a group. Roughly every 8 minutes, groups will rotate so that in the course of a little over an hour, you will meet every attendee. All sponsors will meet simultaneously.
- Speed Meetings may take place in the same room(s), and generally be at separate conference tables. Assume no projection (you can use your laptop if you like), no audio (it’ll be loud since there are multiple presentations happening), etc.
- Each speed meeting will be approximately 8 minutes assuming a maximum of 1 gold and 5 silver sponsors.
