Registration

While your workshop may have been accepted and is published on the online schedule, all speakers/presenters must register for the conference. Registration ensures that we are aware of dietary restrictions and other details.

Each workshop provides one (1) single-day registration to the conference. If you have a co-presenter, only one of you may register at no cost. All attendee registrations including speaker/presenter registrations may be completed via the Vermont Fest registration site.

When on-site, please make sure you check in with the Registration desk at least 30 minutes before your presentation to ensure you have your name badge, and that we can provide you any last-minute updates or changes. The Registration desk will open at 7AM both Thursday and Friday, and it will remain open throughout the day until the last workshop round.

Sched.com Accounts

Vermont Fest is using sched.com to manage the schedule of workshops and presentations. Please login to your account and update your speaker profile including uploading a photo. Once logged in, you will also have the capacity to alter your workshop description and upload digital handouts and/or copies of your slides. Any files you upload will be available to attendees during and after the conference. The platform also allows you to send email messages to attendees that have added your workshop to their personal schedules. All messages must be moderated and approved, so if you use this feature, please allow enough time for conference staff to review and approve your message.

Workshop selections made attendees by using sched.com account are not binding nor do they reserve spaces for attendees for any given workshop. However, they do give you some indication of interest in your workshop.

When you review your profile on sched.com, you will be able to also see your workshop linked to your profile. If for some reason your workshop is not linked to your public profile, please let us know!

You should have received an invitation to sched.com. If you did not, please visit vtfest2022.sched.com and try and login using the email account that you used when you submitted your presentation proposal. Your profile uses that email address.

Social Media

Please share with your social networks that you are presenting at Vermont Fest! The conference hashtag is #vtfest2022 and #vted is always a good one for Vermont educators. Additionally, if you visit your workshop listing in sched.com, it will display for you a short link that you can use to help direct people back to your workshop listing!
