November 4, 2021 — Vita-Learn hosted it’s annual meeting at the 35th annual Vermont Fest Conference at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel. The membership present at the meeting elected new members to the Board of Directors. The newest members of the Board are:
- • Nathan Gingras, Director of Technology, Enosburgh Town School District (At-Large)
- • Mark Kline, Director of Technology, Washington Central UUSD (Central Region Rep)
- • Jon Rice, Director of Education Technology, Kingdom East School District (Northeast Region Rep)
- • Walter Ripley, Data & Assessment Coordinator, Slate Valley Unified (Southwest Region Rep)
- • Theresa Schneiderheinze, Regional Sales Director, Alma (Corporate Representative)
Additionally, the following members of the Board of Directors were re-elected:
- • BobbiJo Carter, Associate Dean of Distance Education Programs, Northern Vermont University (Higher Education Representative)
- • Robert Gervais, Director of Technology, Missisquoi Valley School District
- • Christina Smith, Tech Integration & STEAM Coach, Windham Northeast Supervisory Union
Afterwards, the newly formed Board selected its officers for the next year. The new officers are:
- • Robert Gervais, President
- • Peter Drescher, Vice President
- • Susie Snow, Secretary (Northeast Region Rep)
- • Christina Smith, Treasurer (Southest Region Rep)
The Board of Directors and membership also recognized and thanked out-going members Aime Forbes, Brucie Donahue, and Kristen Wilson for their many years of service to the Board.
