Librarians are uniquely situated to lead conversations in their learning communities as our spaces are literal and metaphorical hubs, connecting ideas, people, and stories. All participants will be expected to fully participate in co-creating a container for brave conversations. Norms and structures will be modeled and actual discussion prompts will be introduced to unpack in community. There are no seats on the sidelines: full participation is expected. Come prepared to engage in a rich dialogue with protocols that will ensure a brave space for exploration, curiosity, and connection with others.
